These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of F-1 Careers (“F-1 Careers Team” or “our”) services (“Services” or F-1 Careers”), and any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on F-1 Careers Community Forum  (collectively referred to as "Content"). Before using F-1 Careers, you are required to read, understand and agree to these terms. Please be advised that your use of F-1 Careers constitutes your agreement to these Terms, so you should read them carefully. The Content you submit, post, or display on any message board will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services who have the right to submit, post, or display on the same board. The Services that F-1 Careers provides are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services that F-1 Careers provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services, to suspend or terminate users, and to reclaim usernames without liability to you. Although we may monitor the Content and make efforts to eliminate harmful or unlawful Content, we are not responsible for any intellectual property rights violations, misuse of confidential information, or other such unlawful activity involving the posted Content.

1.2. Content. Potential Personally-Identifying Information that you provide may also include the content, replies, conversations, and images you post, publish or transmit when using F-1 Careers.

F-1 Careers does not knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services.
