1. Basic Terms.
Content on this site is meant to be for informational purposes only and should NOT be considered legal advice.
You are responsible for your use of the site, for any Content you post to the Forum, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display on any message board will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services who have the right to submit, post, or display on the same board. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms. You agree that by using the Services or posting any Content, you have reviewed and will adhere to our Community Guidelines.
The Services that F-1 Careers provides are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services that F-1 Careers provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, F-1 Careers may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you.
2. Your Content.
Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership in your content. Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.
Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services. We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services, to suspend or terminate users, and to reclaim usernames without liability to you. Your right to access and use our Services is limited in that you are, except as expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, not allowed to:
• Discuss or incite anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

Although we may monitor the Content and make efforts to eliminate harmful or unlawful Content, we are not responsible for any intellectual property rights violations, misuse of confidential information, or other such unlawful activity involving the posted Content.
1. Information We collect
1.1. Information you provide to us directly. This includes your username, password, and entity-related email address in connection with our registration process and the maintenance of your account with us which allows you to use our Services. Please be advised that we do not request or require that you provide us with your name, address, phone number, or any additional identifying information in order to use our Services.
1.2. Content. Potential Personally-Identifying Information that you provide may also include the content, replies, conversations, and images you post, publish or transmit when using F-1 Careers.
1.4. Analytics information. We use analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our Services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Services, including the pages you visit, sections of F-1 Careers that users visit, the posts that users view, user comments, poll results, aggregate user location statistical data, duration of use, and other statistical data that assists us in continuously improving the Service. We collect and utilize this analytics information in the aggregate as it pertains to all of our users. As such, the Analytics information that we collect cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user.

3. Policy Pertaining to Children
F-1 Careers does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of consent established by the data protection law of their applicable country. F-1 Careers does not knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. The Services are not directed to anyone under the age of consent established by the data protection law of their applicable country. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of consent established by the data protection law of their applicable country, we will take all reasonable steps to erase such information as quickly as possible.
